Shipping
- Shipping cost: free from €49 of purchase. Below that, it is €4.90.
- Dispatch: orders placed before 2pm are shipped within 24 working hours.
- Delivery times: allow 48 to 72h after dispatch, in France and across the European Union.
- Tracking: an email with the tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships.
Returns
- You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, extended to 30 days for any unopened and unsealed product.
- Unsealed products cannot be taken back, for reasons of hygiene and health protection (article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
- Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the event of an error on our part.
Refund
The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the payment method used for the order.
